Ingredients

  • 1 cup all purpose flour


  • 1/4 cup Coco powder


  • 1/2 cup pineapple pulp


  • 150 gm condensed milk


  • 2 tablespoon sugar powder


  • 1/2 cup milk


  • 100 gram butter


  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder


  • 1/2 teaspoon Baking soda


  • 1/4 teaspoon salt


  • 2 teaspoon sprig Vanilla essence

Directions

  • Preheat the oven at 180 degree for 20 minutes
  • Grease and dust the cake tin.
  • Sieve flour, baking powder, coco powder, Baking soda, sugar powder and mix them well.
  • Now add all wet ingredients butter, condensed milk, milk, pineapple pulp and spring vanilla essence.
  • Mix them well and make a smooth batter.
  • Pour this mixture in the greased cake tin.
  • Bake it at 180 degree for 35 minutes.
  • After 35 minutes cover this cake with wet cloth for 10 minutes and let it be cool n soft .
